Women's League offers a full array of at-home services:

All services provided by Women's League Community Residences, Inc., are available free of charge to consumers and their families.

Case Management:

Through Women's League's unparalleled Case Management program, a family is provided with a highly trained case manager who will develop a warm and trusting relationship with the family as a whole while helping the family member with a disability achieve his goals and reach his full potential. Case managers link the families under their care with financial, medical, recreational, educational, and social services, and can serve as a liaison between the family, school, and other service organizations. Whether it's choosing an appropriate school, helping access scholarships for summer camp, arranging to see a specialist, or finding respite for exhausted parents, Women's League's case managers know how to assist families in navigating the system, as well as helping families find their own way when they can.

Medicaid Waiver Services:

Through Women's League's Medicaid Waiver program, trained residential habilitation counselors spend time with the disabled family member, at home and in the community, helping him/her to gain new skills and maximize his/her potential. For some, the Case Management and Medicaid Waiver programs are ways of helping families cope with and meet the special needs of their loved ones while suitable residential placements are developed. For others, these programs are a primary force allowing families who may have otherwise been torn apart to stay together.

Employment Services:

Through Creative Business Resources, the agency's supported employment program, Women's League helps adults with developmental or severe learning disabilities find and keep jobs in meaningful and competitive employment, by providing job placement, job coaching, ongoing monitoring, and pre-employment classes. Employers praise the reliability and trustworthiness of Creative Business Resource Consumers, while the consumers themselves achieve the increased self esteem, improved socialization skills, as well as the development of responsibility that having a job and earning a paycheck provide.
